Though Unity is based on the teachings of Jesus, with an emphasis on the power of affirmative prayer, Unity deeply honors the Universal Truths in all religions and respects every individual's rights to choose their own spiritual path.

Unity is not a religion or dogma, and therefore does not seek to convert, The teaching of Unity might be viewed as an augmentation, or approach to enhance, explore and apply one's existing personal spiritual beliefs in ways that may be new to the individual.

Mountain Light Unity Church in Evergreen, Colorado is a thriving spiritual community dedicated to positive spiritual growth and discovery of God's essence in everyone. We are a new thought church focusing on the practical life-application of spiritual truths in a clear and easy to understand way.
